The Samsung Galaxy Fit application connects Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro and Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fitⓔ to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro, Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fitⓔ features and applications installed through Gear Appstore.
Use the Samsung Galaxy Fit application to set up and manage the following features:
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Application download and settings
- Find my Gear
Install the Samsung Galaxy Fit application on your mobile device, then pair your Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro and Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fitⓔ with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.

Hello, I’m just buy a ss galaxy fit and i cant connect to my ip bacause it’s not have galaxy fit on ios 13 so can you please fix it as soon as you can; that’s make me little sad and angry. Btw, I’m really like your galaxy fit so. Thank you for bringing to us a beautiful product .

Dear user, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please note that the minimum requirement for a Galaxy Fit to work in iOS is satisfied by iPhone 7 and later models with iOS 10 and later versions. The Galaxy Fit is not compatible with older models of iPhone, thank you.

it is unfortunate to hear that. Kindly let us know your Wearable and iPhone models. Did you try establishing connection between your Wearable and phone via Bluetooth first or through the Galaxy Fit app? If you did it via Bluetooth first, then please remove your Gear from the iPhone Bluetooth list, reset it and try setting it up as demonstrated in this video:
