Hiện tại 2 hôm rồi k mở nổi app, cứ báo phải update máy đth. Update xong mở ra vẫn thấy báo y chang như vậy. Dịch vụ càng ngày càng kém. Thua xa mấy ngân hàng VN

App siêu tệ
App SC là 1 trong các app quản lý thẻ tín dụng tệ nhất trong các bank. Không thể check thông tin số thẻ trên app (lúc mới mở thẻ có check dc về sau k còn hiển thị thông tin lên nữa). Không xem được sao kê trên app. Cập nhật hạn mức rất chậm mặc dù thanh toán dư nợ từ tài khoản thanh toán liên kết. Cập nhật dư nợ sau giao dịch cũng mất mấy ngày. Thông báo chi tiết giao dịch cũng k hiển thị số dư hạn mức sau giao dịch đó….tóm lại cảm giác xài thẻ tín dụng và app của SC rất bất tiện. Chỉ muốn đóng thẻ đổi sang bank khác
