App logged me out and will not let me log back in

I was logged out of my Everand and Scribd accounts (even though I was just charged the monthly fee for the service 3 days ago) and now none of the apps will let me log back in.

Support is not replying.
I have been using Scribd for years and loved it but this is really trying my patience as this is a PAID service and I expect to be able to access it, OR be informed of downtimes, OR have comprehensive customer support.

Fraudulent activity

Dear Customer Support Team,

I have already registered and paid for a subscription. However, after logging out once, I have not been able to log back in. My account continues to be charged monthly, yet I cannot access it.

Each time I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating that a verification email has been sent to an address I never registered with. This is highly concerning and unacceptable.

This situation appears to be fraudulent. I kindly request that you:
1. Investigate the issue immediately;
2. Stop charging my account;
3. Provide access to the correct account or process a full refund.

I expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise me on the next steps.
