Scribd: 170M+ documents 13+

I was logged out of my Everand and Scribd accounts (even though I was just charged the monthly fee for the service 3 days ago) and now none of the apps will let me log back in.

Support is not replying.
I have been using Scribd for years and loved it but this is really trying my patience as this is a PAID service and I expect to be able to access it, OR be informed of downtimes, OR have comprehensive customer support.

You are trying to prevent me from canceling my subscription by telling me to use it until the free period expires, but your cancellation process is really complicated and disrespectful to us. I lost $9.99 for nothing, the materials I needed were insufficient, and overall, the experience was terrible. Your app deserves a bad rating on the store, and other platforms should know about this as well.
