How SG Bike works:
• Launch the app and locate the nearest bicycle
• Scan the QR code on the bicycle and wait for the lock to unlock
• Check the bicycle before taking a fun and healthy ride to your destination
• Once you have arrived at your destination, lock up the bicycle, tap end trip, and scan the yellow QR parking area at the designated area to complete your ride

Vague info. Broken & old bike. Not user friendly and hard to find bike to ride
Not recommended for this poor services.
Terrible
Make user confused by vague info. Thought that the app offers promotion for first trial ride, it turns out you already registered its package and withdraw your money without prior notice, and you even have to top-up $10 for the first time.
Trust me. Never download this app
3 reasons you should carefully read before you download this app:
1. Never input your credit card as well purchase the “smart” package: they will auto deduct your money regularly without prior notice. You cannot delete your card when you input.
2. When you topup, your money is gone although you leave SG and never use their service again. They NEVER refund you the balance.
3. Old bikes. Lagging app.
