App tương đối tốt thôi bởi vì những thao tác chuyển giữa trang Home, Pay, Stores,... vẫn còn phải load lại, hơi giật làm cho cảm giác dùng chưa thích.
Not convenient
Been to starbucks many times and they required to put money in the card then they will allow customers to accumulate star points.
Why dont you guys just allow people to pay by cash then accumulate points by scanning QR
code or barcode Or build another function to allow customers put their money from bank account to SB app by themselves, not at the counter. It is so inconvenient when the store is crowded and customer just stand there for so long to make 2 transactions.
