An extremely bad app

I have used many messaging apps and this is the worst one I have used.
I cannot receive notifications for new messages even after following the steps your support team gave me. This is confusing. It never happened before, then you updated and this bug appeared.
The messages are all mixed up and not in any order. I have to be very careful to see who I am texting because I might text the wrong person.
The app crashes constantly and every time it is completed, new and old bugs appear

There are many more bugs but I can't list them all.

Actually, there was a time when you updated the app to show new messages and even the number of new messages, but that only lasted for a few months and then the bugs piled up after you updated.

Can not get the text sound when others send me a message! update always🥵
