We’ve upgraded the sign-up and sign-in experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) for a faster, smoother, and more secure process. You can now sign-up or sign-in using your Microsoft, Google, or Apple ID (iOS). SSO supports both work emails and personal emails, while company-managed MFA/2FA keeps your account protected. As always, all your existing data stays exactly the same.

Journaling, reimagined: The Journal feature is back, now with 90 thoughtful prompts to start or wind down your day. You can choose a prompt that fits your mood, offering space to reflect.

Continuing your care journey just got easier. If your access through work comes to an end, you’ll now have the option to convert to a personal account without losing your chat history or progress. When you message your ThoughtFull Professional or book a session, you’ll receive a prompt in-app to make the switch. Payment details will only be needed when you choose to continue.
