Bị lỗi khi nhập mã
Quá thất vọng vì một app được phát triển 2 năm mà vẫn bị lỗi cơ bản khi nhập mã kích hoạt eToken liên tục bị báo sai. Giờ thì bị khoá luôn. Mình cứ thắc mắc sao TPBank Dịch vụ khách hàng offline tốt vậy mà chưa nhiều người dùng. Giờ thì đã hiểu. Vì sản phẩm còn phức tạp khó dùng và bị lỗi như thế này.
Thông tin sai
Gửi tin nhắn về điện thoại thì thông báo là mã có hiệu lực trong vòng 2 tiếng nhưng khi đăng nhập thì mã lại hết hạn vì hiệu lực thực ra chỉ 1 tiếng. Thông tin không chính xác và bắt khách hàng phải chờ đợi rất tốn thời gian xoá đi tải lại nhiều lần để có thể đăng nhập!
