- There’s no push notification feature or live activities for the user to keep up with the status of delivery
- The app feels unresponsive as there are slight delay in every respond to click. Additionally, the action related to sign in/sign up usually does not respond at all as multiple click is required
Worst delivery service and hassle of opening an account
I can only say that this is the worst delivery service I've ever encountered. No words or sentences can describe UPS
