Cannot download
Paid to hide the watermark but it doesn’t download

💜Thank you for your message! Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Don't worry, we will help you out and fix this.
Did you switch Apple ID at all? All purchases are eternally bound to the Apple ID used to purchase them. If the app detects a mismatch between Apple IDs it would reinstate the watermark. Otherwise the watermark should unlock just after the payment is received and remain unlocked permanently.
If this process fails or the watermark returns erroneously you can take the following steps to unlock it:
Restore the watermark purchase in Settings >> Restore Purchases. Restoring it will work if you previously purchased it and the transaction completed on your current Apple ID. This will of course be free.
If a restore does not appear to be available but you know you used the current Apple ID, we would recommend attempting the 'Remove Watermark' purchase again in the app. If the first purchase went through, you will not be charged a second time, but it should trigger the watermark to be removed. If the payment did not complete the first time, for whatever reason, the chances are that it will work a second time and the watermark will disappear for you.
Bear in mind that it is not possible to be charged twice for the same product on the same Apple ID. Apple processes all payments and prevents this from occurring.
Please let us know what happens and we will assist you further. Also please note, you will receive an email from Apple with a receipt for all purchases, and an option to refund them, so you are always in complete control of your in-app purchase spending. 😊 👍 IF you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to our in-app customer service team.
