Could you please tell us precisely what device do you have, its iOS version, what language do you use for your device? Anything special before the issue appears for the first time? Do you have Game Center on? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the game? Sometimes, files get corrupted during the download process, resulting in unknown bugs and issues.
