So buggy. Can’t rely on this app.

While I think the watch is generally well designed, the app is an absolute disaster.

The bugs in this app completely erode the one quality on which a safety related product depends, trust. I have absolutely not trust in this app.

- I get false notifications that my child has entered or exited a safe zone. One time we were eating together in a restaurant and I got repeated notifications saying my child was either entering or exiting the safe zone around our house 7km away.

- There are times app cannot connect to the internet despite my phone being connected to mobile data or even wifi. This problem occurs multiple times daily and causes me to repeatedly close and reopen the app.

- Recently the app has signed me out a few times for no reason.

These bugs have, at one tome or another, made the app temporarily unusable. If this occurred during an emergency ….

This isn’t a bug but is a feature I think must be improved.

- Safe zones cannot be drawn onto the map. You can only click on a landmark such as a school or supermarket and a radius will appear around it.

This significantly reduces the usefulness of this feature. What if there are no nearby landmarks or no landmarks which coincide with the radius which you would like to plot.

This is not how the safe zones feature was presented in the marketing and I feel that is very misleading.

I hope the development team fan work quickly to fix these issues as for me the device is not usable as a safety device in its current form.

From a parent’s perspective trust in the device is everything and I simply cannot rely on the app working and giving accurate information currently.
