He barks. He wags his tail. He pants. He digs holes. And on top of it all – he steals like a pro. We couldn’t be happier to see GemDog leading a pack of pups in HyperBeard’s KleptoDogs.
It turns out that GemDog learnt a lot while helping Guapo and his feline friends in the KleptoCats games. After years of seeing kittens seize stuff, this adorable pup figured out how to do it the canine way – by digging holes.
Having excavated his way out of the KleptoCats world GemDog is now back home, digging his way through portals to collect stuff for his newly recovered grounds. He also sets an example for dozens of KleptoDogs – adorable pups that are waiting to be unlocked by you.
This game can’t deny its roots. The essence of the Klepto titles is everywhere: the cute aesthetics, the game mechanics, the pampering, the pet personalisation. This time around, however, the game’s developer dug into the details as they sought to satisfy the millions of gamers who – like us – were craving canine affection.
Dog lovers everywhere will be able to identify the various breeds you meet in the game and the addition of wagging tails, wiggling ears and brilliant characterisations will soon have you reaching for the virtual dog treats.
Though dog lovers and fans of the original pilfering cats will especially love this spinoff, trust us: anyone who has a weakness for cuteness and adorability will fall for GemDog and his gang of KleptoDogs.
