Secure online and offline availability: once a manual is downloaded, it is made available within ProManual for online/offline access and printing.
Version management: ProManual updates the latest product manuals; users receive updates to downloaded manuals when they are logged in and connected to the Internet.
Streamlined communication process: ProManual allows users to submit detailed feedback for any product manual instantly.
Multi-language support: the ProManual application and documentation are available in multiple languages.
