Description
The "SEW RemoteAssist" app supports you as a Service technician, quality manager, or expert with diagnostic and monitoring tasks in everyday practice. Following an initial contact via video and audio, Augmented Reality gives you the possibility to compare notes with an expert from SEW-EURODRIVE and to assess the particular Service case together. This saves long, time-intensive journeys to the site. The opportunity to add comments during the discussion also boosts work productivity. The possibility in the app to share documentation in the form of checklists, images, or videos provides additional support.
