ผู้ใช้งาน
1. ดูสถานะเครื่องว่างและเครื่องที่ใกล้ที่สุด
2. จองคิวซักผ้าผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน ผู้ใช้ไม่ต้องเสียเวลามารอคิว
3. มีการแจ้งเตือนผ้าซักเสร็จ โดยที่ผู้ใช้ไม่ต้องนั่งรอ
4. สแกน Qr-Code ซักผ้าไม่ต้องใช้เหรียญ
5. เติมเงินเข้าสู่ระบบได้หลากหลายช่องทาง
6. แสดงผลข้อมูลแบบ Real-Time ของเครื่องซักผ้าจริง
7. เลือกโหมดการซักผ้าต่าง ๆ ได้ผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน
8. มีโหมดคำนวณราคาซักผ้าตามการใช้งานจริง ราคาถูกตามน้ำหนักผ้าจริง
9. ทำงานครบ จบในแอปเดียว ไม่ต้องกดปุ่มใดๆ หน้าเครื่อง
