The primary goal of the system is to reduce dependencies on different third-party applications and work as a centralized solution to cater to the custom requirements of the business. A web-based backend to automate daily processes such as - Contacts addition and handling, Requirements gathering and Quote generation, Project life cycle starting from - setting up a project plan, adding work orders, getting documents signed by clients, scheduling installers, and keeping an eye on updates.
With highly sophisticated calendar implementation, the solution also automates the method of scheduling installers/employees to a particular project/job and on top of it also allows admin to keep tracking their working hours and overtime. A very easy to use mobile app is developed for installers and other employees, which help them to get real-time notifications for the assigned tasks and access the required details of that job at their glance. This mobile app has also automated the tracking of time, an employee is spending on an assigned job. Which wisely helps admin and office staff to monitor the total hours assigned to a person, hours they worked, and to run their payroll and overtime reports.
