使用方法：如果你想要刷抖音，那么先打开本app，进入页面后向左滑动，点击按钮便可以打开抖音。本app每隔1分钟就会在顶部通知栏弹出提示，并伴有特定的铃声。只要点击顶部的通知栏便可以立即从抖音界面中切换出去，然后再切换出后台，顶部的通知栏就不会再弹出。使用这样的机制可有效地防止自己不知不觉地刷5六个小时的抖音，白白浪费时间。
另外，本app现阶段仅仅具有时间显示功能，后续功能将会根据大家的意见进行添加，以满足大家的需求。例如添加白噪音或者雨声、蛙声等。
