本软件是提供给广大企业用户使用的检修管理软件，是进行信息汇总、故障跟踪、巡检、点检管理、保养等功能的APP工具。用户在微信平台上报修，消息会推送到维修管理团队装有微检修APP的手机上，维修管理团队能在APP上看到所有的报修，还能进行响应，也能记录维修的过程。
同时，报修的人在微信上也能收到微信推送得知最新报修进展。微检修APP除了基本报修检修功能之外，还有人员管理，执行点检任务，外协管理，工单统计，消息通告等功能。
同时APP还具备物联监测功能，形成一个数据采集，分析，预警，故障上报，数据趋势呈现的监测系统。
