Don’t deserve to be rated
They don’t deserve to be rated, the rated goes for honest company who don’t cheat on their customers but Careem’s drivers in Cairo are the worst.
I don’t recommend you all to choose, choose Uber where you will find better service and better treatment.

Missleading waiting time
The waiting time for taxi to arrive is miss leading. Some times when it shows 5 minutes, I can notice that more than 3 minutes it remains the same 5 minutes. Seems they just wanna keep you stay and get the taxi by not showing you the real waiting time!
