In this new release and update, we’ve fixed some bugs and made enhancements. Now you can:

1) Perform transactions safely with an extra layer of security. The new Transaction Cooling-Off Period will minimise the risk of unauthorised transactions. During this period, RHB will contact you for confirmation within 30 minutes if any suspicious transactions are detected.
2) Update your profile details directly on the app with added security measure of 1-hour Cooling-Off Period.

I couldn’t open the app after the last update, what’s wrong with it ?!

Hi deeeeeemoo, please update to the latest iOS version 13.1.1. Let us know if you still encounter challenges to access the app after updating. If you have updated to the latest iOS 13.1 and above, you may encounter a blank screen during your biometric fingerprint login. Worry not! You may still continue to scan your fingerprint at the iPhone scan area to continue using the app. Thank you.
