Only Needs Better Customer Support

X is still my favorite App yet it need a better customer service support, it’s a shame that such a big platform with terrible customer service support

I am a fan of AX and I have spent more than eight years of my subscription and I ask you to allow me again to re-own my own account. First the app's policy racism and bias towards certain parties. I have noticed clear discrimination in the treatment of users based on race, religion, gender, and political beliefs. The app should be a neutral platform that is fair to everyone, and no bias or discrimination should be allowed to influence the user experience.
Secondly, there seems to be arbitrariness in the process of deleting posts and blocking accounts that contradict the ideas and principles of the app's owner. It is difficult to explain the reasons for deletion or blocking at times, which creates an unfair and turbulent environment for users. The transparency should be improved, and the rules and criteria used in these processes should be clarified to ensure that users are not subjected to injustice.
