中保雲管家為免費平台，專屬為「中保無限+社區客戶」提供生活、管理及購物的解決方案。別再為了社區內繁雜鎖碎的資訊、繳費、包裹…等傷透腦筋，一指下載就能輕鬆搞定。
除了社區管理常見功能外，亦建置「購物商城」等附加服務，幫助社區住戶能在商城內迅速找到居家相關的服務方案。在使用介面，中保雲管家提供管理人員操作平台及社區客戶端的app，介面設計單純簡易，即使是傳統社區也能E化管理，無須建置任何設備。
本系統未來能與社區(公共區)的智慧安全系統結合，同時搭配「中保無限+」安全圖控介面，大幅降低警衛人員在人及異狀訊號上的問題，為「中保雲管家」與其他市面上物業管理平台最大的差異所在。
