South African Digital Content Organisation Projects (SADICO PROJECTS), was formed with the main objective to mobilise and empower technology players within communities with the view of including them in the mainstream technology sector. This objective is achieved through the Youth Digital eXponential (YDx) project.

The main objectives of YDx are to:

Recruit and train unemployed youth in the following: -
- Digital Technology (Telecommunications, Information Technology, Broadcasting, and Internet)
- 4th Industrial Revolution: Internet of things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (Ai), Robotics, 3D Printing, Autonomous vehicles, Nanotechnology, Cryptocurrency and Cyber Security.
- Empowering the youth with Health, Wellness, Mentoring, Discipline and Coaching to ensure program sustainability.
- Program includes helping the youth with the alcohol, drugs, smoking, obesity, and unhealthy lifestyle challenges.
- The youth get trained in both theory and given practical projects in each of the areas listed above.
- Youth are provided with presentation skills, business plan and problem-solving skills.
- Establish youth technology co-operatives, which are supported to be sustainable within their own communities. All the youth engaged are contracted not as interns but as economic development partners of SADICO PROJECTS, thereby removing the usual employment expectation at the end of the contract.
