Putting Absa to be the best bank like before

There should be debit order reversals option on the App to reduce the call volume of general equities line, they should also introduce home loan and vehicle finance where customers get an opportunity to see if they qualify or not due based on their credit record. I believe if Absa introduce more functions on the App it will reduce a lot of call volumes and our rating of being number 6 of all banks will be reduced and also Absa should upgrade their technology and computers that their employees work with to be more faster and they give much better service . A lot can be done to make Absa the best bank like before if only employees were given a chance to say what needs to be done because I believe they know more as they the ones who assist giving the service and know what customers complain with all the time. We should make our banking easier and more fathers yet also looking out on risks . Approving more for car finance can actually generate a lot of money for the bank as the bank won’t be loosing anything but gaining should a customer fail to pay the car will be taken simple as that then personal loan it should be more strict because should a person loose their jobs they will fail to pay and it’s a loss for the bank .

As a person that has experienced different apps from different banks, The Absa banking App has to be the most user friendly!!! With navigation being made so easy your whole banking experience is seamless. I’m honestly impressed by all the features that it has available so a person honestly doesn’t have to visit/transact in a branch since you can do most of your banking in a click of a few buttons. Now that is what digital banking should be about and the Absa app delivers just that, convenience. Their security features also give me peace of mind so I know my money and personal information is protected. I was really impressed by one of their most recent innovations that allowed me to increase the privacy on my App by changing the Banking App icon. In that way if my phone gets stolen the culprit wouldn’t know where to find the App. The Absa App makes digital banking so easy and enjoyable…so if you have not yet download it, I will recommend that you do because you will not be disappointed!!!!

OTP authorization

I am travelling and am required to purchase electricity online for those at home. The City Council has linked my unique meter to my purchase so no danger of someone trying to buy on my account. Yet the Absa banking app still requires an OTP. The app froze on my iPhone 7 Plus despite the OS12.1 software being up to date. The Absa help desk told me that there was probably a problem with the cloud and asked me to delete the app and reinstall it. I deleted it but am unable to reinstall as I get no GET prompt. Absolutely no reaction from tapping the app. Still frozen. Still no electricity at home and those left behind went to SPAR when it opened to purchase units. Conclusion: your process has not been defined using end user input; your software is very sensitive and unsuited for use by ordinary people who don’t know the intricacies of their phone or your app. I cannot depend on this feature when I travel and it is enough motivation to consider changing to another bank for internet banking.

You can literally transact from anywhere, anyhow and the app will still work👌. With the new update the savings coach feature will require data but the app will inform you before you proceed to use the feature. The ease of opening accounts, investment portfolios or lines of credit in App and Abby the digital assistant have made it so I don’t need to leave my house to do banking. You can opt for a standard view or customise your banking app according what’s important to you. More, efficient easy to use interface nothing is complicated. The multi-factor authentication adds an added layer of security using biometrics for access and approvals.
