It’s good! Still in its infancy but it’s helpful and you can do short exercises to help your overall mood.
“Duolingo, but for anger” what a joke
If that is how you choose to advertise yourself, then being met with an immediate and impassable paywall as soon as I finish your little quiz is the last thing I wanted.
You cannot even preview how the app or courses look unless you accept the trial and open yourself to the risk of a charge on your account.
I’m not sure if any of you have used Duo, but it is a fully functional app BEFORE you pay an exorbitant amount of money.
Frankly, a 7 day trail is useless when the minimum asking fee is R600. It would take a month of use and actual results to even consider that type of money.
I downloaded it with hope and all I ended up was angry. The irony.
