Description
With this app verified Medical Practitioners order and review Ampath pathology test results for their patients as soon as they are available. Only Medical Practitioners who are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) can use this app.
To access your patients’ test results, you will need to verify your HPCSA registration details, South African ID or passport number and mobile number while registering for the app.
Once you have provided all required information and it has been verified, all your Ampath patient test results will appear in the app automatically as soon as they are available.

Fire your App developer
I am considering switching laboratories, just because the app is so useless! Crashes regularly, struggle to open patients results and blocks one out for an extended period of time even though I didn’t even put in a wrong passcode.
The other lab’s apps is far more user friendly and stable.
You must ask what the developers are doing wrong, and, maybe knock on your opposition’s door to find out what they do correctly.
Pleas fix ASAP or I’ll be forced to move to another laboratory service for my patients.
Bugs/glitches daily
The new Ampath Pro app is slower and has daily bugs/glitches from logging in to searching.
Extremely frustrating update from proceeding Ampath App which was comparatively a veritable success.
Please fix.

Very good & convenient app. Quick to open, very easy to search for my patients’ results. I have seen previous reviews & the app developers obviously upped their game
