Great App
Use this app everyday to dictate & email to my secretary.
Excellent dictaphone
I have been using this application since early 2009 after trying out a computerised dictaphone system as well as a dedicated hand dictaphone both of which did not work for me. At that time I also tried the available recorders for the iPhone and found Audiomemos to be superior to any dictation product available at that stage.
I use it to dictate patient reports, which are copied wirelessly by my secretary to her Mac for typing.
The program is easy to operate, I can dictate, do corrections, dictate half a report and complete it later and in the meantime do a few other reports. Because you can name the files, you can at any time return to a file and edit it.
The sound quality is also excellent, and it was better than the other products when I initially compared them. Since the program works so well I have not even bothered to look at other programs since.
I have also received free upgrades since initial purchase, but would have no hesitation upgrading.
I do find that the lastest version is a little sluggish in display on the iPhone 3G, no loss of diction, only the screen which at times appear to lag. I don't think this will be an issue on the newer iPhones.
This is the most useful of all my iPhone apps, and the one I use the most.
