App Not user friendly
App is totally not user friendly, adding a contact which is something so simple, is a job and a half using the Balwin app. The app sometimes does not work. You are not aware if your visitors have entered the complex or exited , since the app does not notify you. In short the app is too shaky and needs professionals to sort it out. They should use other good residence apps such as residentry as a reference to better their app or perhaps use the same app developer as residentry app.
1 star management for a “7 star estate”. Haha.
It would be so nice if Balwin spent more time and money conversing with its residents to find out what they do/don’t like instead of enforcing a glitchy, unreliable and terribly designed UI on to us in order to come and go. All the new system does is encourage residents to get their phone out while driving. And still you’ll be at the gate forever waiting for this app to open. Such a pity.
Non-stop glitching
Perhaps the least favourable part of living at The Reid is now having to pull my phone out, unlock with my face multiple times within 30 seconds, get 40 push notifications that I’ve arrived and have to generate multiple codes for my visitors. Terrible app, even worse onboarding.
