Congrats to your developers! Well done. App finally does what it is supposed to. Downward compatible to older, more affordable models. Good sound adjustment. Nice and clean view of the speakers on the app.
Unable to register E8 3.0 on app
I recently purchased two sets of E8 3.0s. I’m using an iPhone and my gf has a Huawei, however, neither of us have been able to link our earpods to the app. We’re able to sync to our devices BT with no issues but the app itself just cannot seem okay to find out B&O products. It’s really disappointing to not be able to get the full experience of my earpods.
Update: I have tried all recommendations from customer support however I am still unable to connect to the app. Extremely disappointing for a premium branded device, with a premium price tag, to perform as well as a significantly cheaper headset.

E8 Bluetooth connectivity & crackle sound problem
Please assist… iv done several software updates in the hope that this would be resolved but my E8’s never seem to connect automatically to my iphone7. I have to go into BT settings and manually connect. Also during play for about 1 second every now and again I get either one bud that wouldn’t play or have a crackle sound. Iv had my buds for abt 2 yrs. The sound is awesome but these two issues are annoying me.
