Incorrect order received
I ordered a Mecool M8S Pro L TV Box, but instead received the A95X box that is much cheaper and only has half the RAM and ROM.
This was my first order from Banggood and I am naturally very disappointed, as it is now Xmas season and there is bound to be substantial delays with delivery this time.
The shipping tracking also never worked and I had no idea where the parcel was.

Awesome app - splitting orders is annoying though
The app is really awesome and a nice way to browse and buy without going to the site. The only issue i have (which is more the shopping experience than the app) is that when buying multiple items, the items get shipped as separate orders, even when all the items are in stock in their warehouse. This limits the number of times you can order in a year because in my country, if you import more than 3 times a year then you have to apply for an import license/code
Banggood delivery to South Africa
Goods often get lost before delivery. Not only were the goods as described the delivery was too. Also delivered door to door. Will most certainly be using this full service vendor again and again if the service stays this good and they stay away from SA Post Office
