Weekly or every 3 weeks my Apple Watch delinks automatically. Have been on the line with Discovery and Balancesa from November 2023. Problem not been solved Maybe they can have a look at their software as the Apple Health app dissappear from Health AppStill having the same problem. Had to delete and re-install twice this morning

I’ve just recently discovered Active rewards, and have been struggling with activation, I logged a query which the balance team had been trying to assist with for almost three weeks, the finally managed to remove the errors on Tuesday, however, the tracking doesn’t work. I’ve lost count of the number of times where I had to offload and delete the app, it just never works and I’m tired of having to call them with the same issues. The sad thing is that I have been very active the whole month doing above 10K steps almost everyday and basically missed out on all the rewards. Looking at the reviews, it’s clear that the active rewards feature is not in a condition to can be consumed by end users, they should just hide/disable it until they get it right.

Please pay attention to the iOS app because I have never been able to view my rewards on the app without deleting and reinstalling the app and that doesn’t always work. Fix it please

As a consumer there’s absolutely no value add from them. The app is even more disappointing. In 2024 it does not use facial id login and every time you have to manually type your password. Functionality on the app is very limited and for every requirement you have to call the call center which by the way is not mentioned anywhere in the app.
