Bible App

I’ve been using this app mostly on my iPad, but iPhone as well, because they are synced, for 9 years. I love being able to split screens and link to all relevant scriptures so easily. This has helped me to understand scriptures which I otherwise would never have had my mind opened to. It’s extremely useful and helpful. The best use of my time. I also enjoy being able to look at different translations and even languages to send texts to Xhosa and Zulu friends. I use this app daily and would literally not be where I am today without it. So I glorify God for His kindness to man, to help him to develop such a phenomenal app. Thankyou!

Well rounded, thorough app & information

I've used another online source since circa 2011 Recently found Olive Tree Been using it in conjunction with previous So impressed with Olive Tree that I've completely switched to Olive Tree Truly a well round solid information source with more accessible than one can consume in almost a lifetime. There are so many features one can rave about. Only comment appropriate here - Olive Tree is delivering on their mission to an exceptional high level - may all involved to bring this product to market and maintain it, be richly blessed.

A Great app (but in dire need feature upgrades)

This is my go-to Bible App.

It is loaded with bibles, dictionaries, maps, etc.
It has all my study notes for over 3 years built directly into the pages of the my bibles.

I wish we had more control of my highlights, like merging categories, adjusting highlight lengths, moving or coping verses to other categories and being able to see previews of the verses under my highlights and preview of those verses without having to open each one individually to make adjustments.
I would like to have a unified reading history that is shared over all my synced devices, individually and as a full list of all of them. It seems obvious to me that that is a good feature.

There is also a need to get better exports of all my notes, highlights, notation from the app as a downloaded file that is a bit more attractive and organized, preferably in PDF format.

Looking forward to many more years with this app, as you grow and support millions more.

Thank you for your review, as well as your thoughtful feedback! Some editing of categories, highlights and other annotations is available but is possibly not as convenient to do as you'd like. Could you please email us at Support@OliveTree.com so we can confirm with you if there is a way to do what you wish already, or if not what suggestions you'd recommend we look into in the future. Reading history is specific to the device, as you mentioned, however book ribbons may be beneficial for you to try! Regarding your other note, our current export option is downloaded as a .CSV file, which is best viewed on a spreadsheet program. You can access this by logging in at www.OliveTree.com and selecting 'Export' in the bottom left-corner of the 'My Olive Tree Account Page'.
