Constant Requirement to Login
The app seems fairly well built for the most part. I'm still waiting for my test results but every time I open the app it wants me to login.
Why can the development team not just integrate the iOS biometrics so I can just open the app and it logs me in that way.
The constantly having to put my email address in and use the magic link gets annoying.
From Great to not so Great
I was very impressed in the beginning as I paid for the full package, the app gave everything in a lot of detail. It shared how more people do tests that it will be able to share more info. I thought this was fantastic, especially on the ancestry side and when it comes to health. However since, I’ve been battling to open the app and managed to get back in today after it told me the user doesn’t exist. Whenever I try to open the ancestry section on the app the app just closes on me. One would think that for the amount of money you pay that it will be worth it.

App doesn’t work - blank screen
The app is well designed and looks great aesthetically.
The app doesn’t work, I can’t access any of my information and results. Whenever I click on it, the app shuts down automatically.
Better app development needs to be done, if you’re going to market a product focused around the app.
