I find the app very helpful, with amazing tools and features. It has simplified my business’ booking process in so many ways and has reduced admin work for me. However, mobile payments really take time to be paid out and when eventually paid, it’s usually in bits and pieces, which makes it difficult to cover month end bills and expenses ..

I truly do love the app since I started using it however alot of the app doesn’t function if your business is in South Africa. they give us this hope of being able to boost your post to reach my clients and give you this list of requirements to collect the minute you collect these requirements you then find out it’s a complete rip off to pay 30% for every new booking when clients in our country are still unable to pay via Booksy for their appointment because when they come into the store they are still paying with card which takes an additional % meaning we only make 55/65% profit it’s a rip off and somebody at Booksy should definitely look into it before Clients in this country start going to other booking systems you can’t have a system in place charging clients enormous amount of interest per booking when you can’t even allow Clients in this country to book and pay through Booksy but in other countries it’s available it’s a little disappointing to be fair but it is what it is

This app has literally given me so much more free time when scheduling clients . It is so convenient to use , my clients love it and so do I . I honestly have no idea how I was managing my business before this . I used to take appointments through WhatsApp and had to add it to my calendar. This app has been life changing as I’m able to get clients to book themselves in when it suits them , especially since I work one on one with clients and cannot respond to booking requests when I am with a client . It also has helped me implement a cancellation policy which means no more last minute cancellations and allows me to not lose revenue with my no show policies in place . Booksy has been great to me as well as their support systems - I’ve never had to wait for them to fix something and I am thankful for that .
