Good but why ads for Premium user
I think overall it's a good app with solid content. I just feel it's incredibly stupid to pay for Premium and still have to see adds as well. Please consider changing that. Or just get better naming for your subscription options. Never have I associated premium with adds. You should just give a premium option without adds even of it means paying more.
Scrolling Bug
As of IOS 15.1 you can scroll down an article but not up. Moreover one has to tap the back button multiple times to return to the main stories page
An app full bugs ruining good content
Both your TimesLIVE and BusinessLive apps are buggy and crash. I suspect it has to with your in app adverts that slow the app down, make it difficult to scroll and then causes them to crash. It’s so bad the “back” button on article often doesn’t work. Surely this can be fixed. It really impacts the experience negatively. Please fix!
