This game is impossible my employees keep losing motivation for no reason😡😡😡👿👿👿👿

There can be a couple of reasons: you assign them to many projects at a time - multitasking, you do not respond to their requests, you do not talk with them in a proper way, you have overskilled employees compared to projects, you make them work overtime. You can increase motivation many ways: giving raise, using motivational tools, purchasing items to your office, talking to them properly, avoiding multitasking and working overtime.
