Excellent program for quitting smoking. I’ve tried many methods in my life, and none have been as tailor-made for my smoking behaviour as that offered by the byegwaai programme. Also found it incredibly useful to have all the resources I needed on my phone. If you’re serious about quitting, give this programme a go, you won’t regret it.
