Just a few things that didn't work well
Great app, I have used quite a few editing apps and Im sticking to this one, only issues are that you can't allocate a specific duration to all clips and you have to painstakingly give all the clips a specific duration which sounds simple until you have +30 clips to edit😅
And also It would be great if you could add music directly from files (as in go from the app into files by pressing "import" instead of sharing the song to the app which took me a while to figure out)
But overall I love this app, it really surprised me, great work
Just one lil problem
I love love love using capcut. I’ve literally been using it like forever and everything about it is great. There’s just a few things that kinda irritates me. I make a lot of edits to start off with. But when I make an edit that has a lot of clips altogether and has a fast beat then it sort of glitches and I have to keep on starting the video from the beginning so I can see how it came out. I also wanted to report this while I’m writing this review. I have to constantly reinstall my video and when my wifi isn’t working properly or something then the video doesn’t open at all. I have had to delete some of my edits because they just didn’t want to open at all for months. I have a ton of edits on capcut and reinstalling them each and every time is quite frustrating. Another thing is recently after the update every time I make a video I’ve realized that the timing is super off and doesn’t really match the audio when trying to edit. It makes it very difficult to edit like this because I have to keep editing it thinking it’s my mistake when it’s actually not. I’m not sure weather this is just a me problem or a lot of people deal with this after the update.
Fix this.
I’ve had CapCut for at least 2 years and a few months and I’d like to say that the development of the app is good and most definitely have potential of being better. But I have some problems which I find terribly annoying. First off, the quality. It’s insane how you can have photos/clips of something that would have quality up to 4K, but the second you upload it onto the app it decreases to like 480P. I have been dealing with this literally all the time and it’s very annoying. I’ve had motivation to make edits multiple times but the second I see the quality it demolishes in half a second. I hate having to go through many steps to increase it as much as I can. I’d also like to say that I appreciate the effort (I assume) for the pre-made transitions, but having an option to create our own would be very much appreciated to expand creativity and skill to make some of our own.
I do appreciate all the hard work being put into this app but like I said, it has potential.
