Please assist with duplicate and multiple menu trees on the app. I have deleted and reinstalled twice and it is not resolved. It is only a problem on the app, not desktop. The support option is only in Chinese and every link has a 404 error
Channel button
Hi there idk why but I can’t seem to press the channel button to watch the video any assistance would be great thanks ,everything else on app works great
Video Chanel Authority
Once you manually refresh the app, the user cannot view the video channel. You then need to logout and login again to regain video access
