Misleading surveys

I have been doing their surveys for some time and I noticed their brief and what is in the questions don’t always speak to each other and they are quick to not pay you out once you make a mistake even if it’s their fault . Waste of time and money for attitude and cancellations

Don’t bother with this app

Since rebranding as Chirp I’ve had issues with the company flagging and deleting my surveys and invalidating my experience then telling me to revisit.

Chirps support is also not helpful, they don’t know their own processes (eg. They once told me abc will happen on a certain date, that did not happen and I followed up with them and they changed their minds, now xyz had to wait for the campaign to be over even after that my refund was not given)

At least they respond to emails and direct you to an active WHATSAPP messaging system
- that’s what the 1 star rating is for 🚮

Not working

I’ve been waiting for a verification email since signing up, the app says the email was sent but I haven’t received anything
