CHT eHome v2 APP為中華電信智慧家庭所提供給合作夥伴之客戶使用，提供門禁對講、智慧電器、保全設定、情境控制、環境節能、資訊服務等等智慧家庭服務。
1. 門禁對講：可查詢訪客留言紀錄
2. 智慧電器： 可控制家電開關、溫控等功能
3. 聲控服務 ：可進行聲音控制家電等服務
4. 保全設定：可遠端查測家中安防系統狀態，並遠端開啟or關閉家中安防系統
5. 情境控制：可做遠端調光控制、窗簾控制、冷氣等家中情境設備
6. 環境節能：可查詢家中溫度、濕度、二氧化碳濃度等資訊
7. 資訊服務：可收集社區公告、掛號通知、新聞氣象等資訊
