Disappointment 100 ,

App does not work

Since the app asked me to update it a few days ago, it does not work at all. I’m now stuck in an endless loop where I try to sign in and the pop up says that I need to update the app. I tap “Update Now” and I am redirected to the App Store where I cannot update the app (because I just updated it remember) and the only option is to tap “Open”. All this does is take me back to the app where I tap “sign in” and get the pop-up again. My experience with Home-Connect is not good. My internet is down so regularly that it is disruptive to my work. Let this be a warning to others- choose a different ISP! But if you are seeing this review then you have probably already signed up with Home-Connect.... oops!

Not User-friendly and Services are Poor

Logging in for the first time, the app told me there was a newer version - I’d literally just downloaded it
App takes long to load ANY menu item you try
There are NO network statuses or outage reports
The message board is empty
The app could be much improved by doing a few vital things right - balance checks, outage reports, ticketing, profile updates and cancellations

Not ready to go live

I’m really disappointed with this, you send customer emails to launch the new version with rewards program and ask us to update but the really isn’t an update?

1. I just downloaded the new version with missing features wasting my data

2. There is something wrong with your flow, after updating the app and login, I’m re prompted to download new version or login. (Since I “update”) I select login (logically) to my surprise APP Same as before. Not really user friendly.

3. The features on the app are redundant because they simply don’t work (I can’t look at applications, select statements doesn’t work, select applications doesn’t work)
