Terrible support and paid ad removals do not work

2 things with this app, great game but let down, paid to have forced ads removed, now it’s almost as if there are more ads then before the purchase. Logged a query with Apple to refund the purchase twice now, still not processed and level 30 completed and no more levels after that, comes back with a response that the previous level must be completed to move on even though it has been

Lying thieves

So after reading a few comments I am not the only one. Paid both prices to have ads removed, purchase went thru, notification from bank of transaction and yet 2 days later still have forced ads which was the cheaper option and ever item I still need to watch full ad to obtain which was the more expensive one. Until I either get my refund( lol yeah right) or fix this issue my 0star will remain as will my title, lying thieves
