Love for WeTransfer
As a WeTransfer pro user, I was so happy to discover this expansion! Really epic and helps me as a filmmaker keep track of my crazy brain.
I know Collect is still new and developers must be working as hard as possible. But I would love to see more depth of collections. Like having collections in collections. Folders if you will. And the support for a wider variety of documents en codecs which Im sure will improve over time.
Overall - so happy to have this tool in my arsenal
Worst Experience
If I could give it a zero I would. When I was using the free version, all my saved images and videos we available. The minute I upgraded , I lost everything. I wrote to the support team and all I was told was sorry, you lost your files because of an upgrade we did. I asked if they could salvage 2 years worth of data and I was told No.
Save your money . Rather use Dropbox. I've never lost a file using Dropbox
Not user friendly
When I saw there was an app for Wetransfer I thought oh great, it’ll work like the Dropbox app, just a mobile version of their computer app. But no way, not even close. If I want to access files or links to wetransfers that I’ve sent on my computer, it should be an easy process on this app. I could look up the history of links I’ve received or sent and forward them to clients or myself to download, that’s how it should work. Who wants to share mood boards on Wetransfer, that’s what Pinterest is for! I just don’t get it...don’t get me wrong, Wetransfer itself on a computer is brilliant, but why oh why does the app not do the same thing!? Please Wetransfer, get the app working! Nick
