Ratings and Reviews
It could improve a lot
It takes really long to load items. The UI and user experience of the website is much better. I have placed orders and paid and it just didn’t go through. Instead it just redirects to the website when it should redirect to payment confirmation.
Needs work
The user experience is really frustrating. It’s annoying that I have to log in every single time I want to use the app. I’ve also experienced payments not going through and the app glitching so much I’ve had to close the app and try again later.
Cannot remove items from cart
I literally cannot complete an order (have been trying for a week now). Online and on the app you cannot remove items from the cart even if they are no longer available. The X simply does nothing.
