Can't authenticate
Scary to think that a "credit bureau" kind of app, where the users have to authenticate themselves, can't get into the app due to failure of information verification. So obviously this system/app exist mainly out of incorrect or outdated data/information. What a pity that the user can't authenticate themselves in order to use to app. What a time waster!
First Time User Authentication Errors
The "trick" options you place in your authentication list cause authentication errors when you answer truthfully.

I got past the authentication.... but the "free" report cannot be obtained, unless you click the R79 monthly report option. I'm deleting the app.
