When calculating fertility for pregnancy with natural family planning, Cycles takes advantage of scientific research that’s more accurate than the 'rhythm method' of yesteryear and has a real-world failure rate comparable to that of condoms. Even so, this app is designed for informational purposes only and should not be used to prevent pregnancy.
If you choose to unlock Cycles Premium, your purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. Active subscriptions will be auto-renewed 24 hours before the expiry date. You can manage subscriptions from Account in iTunes after subscribing, you’ll also be able to cancel the auto-renewing subscription from there at any time. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription to Cycles Premium before your trial expires.

Updated review after 3 years of use- 5 starts to 3
I’ve been using this app for more than 3 years (the paid version). Since the update though, the paid version seems a little overpriced for what is being offered. The older version was a great app. The clean, simple design of the app helps to easily navigate it and document what all you need to keep track of. Sometimes notifications are delayed but still worth the download. A few recommendations for the developers: Could we have an option of adding our own moods or symptoms? I’m assuming the tracking is for the clients overall summary and not the company’s. The options are limited and often I want to log an entry but have to conform my info to what’s available to select. Also not sure what the difference is between the ‘Had flow’ or then selecting what level of flow - seems like an unnecessary option. Lastly, visually the app is really ‘neon’. Very much like a shout. It almost feels more carnival like than an app that’s related to logging something as personal as a menstrual cycle. Perhaps users could give some input. But as is, this could practically be any app’s colour/aesthetic.

Although I have inconsistencies during my cycles , the app is a good way to track everything throughout my cycles and can be quite accurate sometimes with the given information
