No audio

I have installed the da Vinci app, the audio for some reason no there is no audio.I have deleted the app and reinstalled again still audio I have tried going to settings so many time there no function for audio. Please advise

Could you please make it available in all locationss. Or state this in the descrition, so people know before they download the app. It is not available in South Africa, don’t waiste your precious data/wifi on this.

I tried working this app but it refuses to work it just loads for a long time though I have really good signal (don’t waste your time on this app) but my kid still loves the channel
