Expensive Application

Firstly I love that the App has so many people to communicate with but i felt the tricky part was being able to open and read messages, it is pretty expensive and really doesn’t allow you to fully get to know people without buying more and more just to send and read messages fro and to people. So I don’t get the point of why communicating or getting to know people
needs to be that expensive

Extremely expensive

I can’t understand that for every little thing it requires you to use credits, even reading an email that someone sent you eats 10credits from you purchases. If you are going to advertise your business in ever part of the world then the app needs to cater for different currencies. You can’t expect that people from Africa and certain undeveloped countries in Asia can compete with the likes of western nations who are paying with Dollars, Pounds and Euros, that’s very unfair. I bought 20 credits when I joined because it is what I could afford at the time, I was only able to send 2 live chat messages which were about a paragraph each and read one email and my credits were all gone in less than 5 minutes. I sent an email to their customer support on the 15 November and to date I still have not heard anything from them to tell me how did they come up with their calculation to take so many of credits all at one go. Their terms and conditions states that it is 1 credit per minute when the person is online and 1 credit per message when they are offline. The people I sent messages to were all offline and I sent 1 msg per person and that was only 2 people for chats and I read 1 email. How can 20 credits just be gone like that. It costed me over R300 in my currency just for that. This is madness! It does not mean that because we are looking for love, means that we are desperate and that we should be exploited like this, this is daylight robbery!

I don’t understand this site

Too much expensive you can’t speak to someone for a long time doesn’t want to share his number doesn’t share any information about him I don’t understand someone assisting that you should open email writing something very important for you even if you tell them that you don’t have enough credit to open the emails will continue sending emails they don’t want to reply to messages I don’t know maybe they know that email is taking a lot of credit and you’ll be like to open those emails all the timeIs not fair you receive a lot of emails a lot of messages you cannot reply you cannot less pondYou ask someone to make a video call so you can see if he’s a real person so you can open his email but to spend a lot of money you don’t even know that the person you speak is a real person really this site is veryExpensive expensive too many people complaining about your website expressly people in Africa people that in European countries they are sending messages emails every single minute they be online at 24 seven but you need to spend a lot of money to be online talking to the person you don’t even know you talk like the all mouth this website is like a computer like your robot know any person behind the chat😫😫😫😫
